JIM NADEAU is the Director of Government Affairs in Northern Nevada. Providing sound counsel and policy advice to our clients, Nadeau provides over a decade of experience before the Nevada State Legislature. His distinguished career in law enforcement provides a new and dynamic element to the company and our clients.

Nadeau works primarily with the Reno-Sparks Association of REALTORS®, where he lobbies officials from Washoe County and the cities of Reno, Sparks and Fernley. Nadeau also represents the company before the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDAWN), where he sits as Carrara Nevada’s representative on EDAWN’s Board and legislative committee. Nadeau is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno and the FBI National Academy. He also sits on the State of Nevada Private Investigator’s Licensing Board and is active within the Reno/Sparks community sitting on local government boards and commissions.
