HEATHER LUNSFORD is the Director for Government Affairs for Northern Nevada. Lunsford oversees
the operations for our clients doing business with Carson City, Douglas County and the Incline Village General Improvement District. In addition, she works on our clients behalf on all matters pertaining to the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA). During this past legislative session, Lunsford worked side by side with Finseth tracking and monitoring legislative issues for our clients. Prior to joining Carrara Nevada, Lunsford served several sessions for the American Lung Association where she worked directly with the Board of Directors on health related policy and advocacy matters on behalf of the Association. Lunsford is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
